This is to provide assistance and support for facility management and property & asset management to the ongoing management, repair, and upkeep of physical assets and infrastructure within a facility. It plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety of occupants, visitors, and the public.

We provide AMC services for Periodic Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and ensure your property/Facility upkeep is kept up to standard. With our on-call facility assistance teams, we can provide emergency technical support 24/7 throughout the year.

The AMC between GSERV, the Service Provider and the Client outlines the ongoing maintenance expectations for machinery or property or Assets. These contracts ensure that the service provider will repair or replace equipment when it is not functioning, minimizing downtime, and ensuring business continuity.
